Empowering Our Community

Born August 20, 1990, with over 14 years of experience as a dedicated Pastor, my journey has been shaped by faith, service, and a deep connection to my roots. I grew up on the vibrant south side of Chicago, calling the Woodlawn neighborhood home and later living in Bronzeville, Roseland, Auburn Gresham, as well as the cities of Joliet, Romeoville, and Crest Hill. Each of these communities has played a unique role in shaping who I am today.

Before entering ministry, I proudly served my country as a member of the United States Army. I am an Honorably Discharged Veteran, and the values of discipline, resilience, and service I learned in the military continue to guide my life and leadership.

I am deeply committed to expanding affordable housing and mental health resources in our community. Through initiatives like Chicago’s Unity Initiative, I have worked to help place migrants and support families in need. I’m proud to have helped provide over $50,000 in affordable housing, ensuring that more people have a safe, stable place to call home.

Looking ahead, my vision is embodied in the Renewal House project which is a comprehensive program designed to provide wraparound services to the unhoused. Renewal House will offer not just shelter, but also essential mental health services and a 12–18 month housing placement program. At the heart of this work is my belief that housing security is healing. When people have a place to call home, it lays the foundation for true recovery, stability, and hope.

I’m running because I believe it’s time for a fresh, non-political approach to our nation’s challenges. My experiences as a pastor, veteran, and community leader have taught me that real solutions come from listening, compassion, and action not politics as usual. I want to bring a new perspective that puts people first and unites us around common goals.

My passion is helping others find hope, purpose, and community. Whether from the pulpit, within the neighborhood, or through everyday acts of kindness. I’m grateful for the journey so far and excited for what’s ahead.
